There are four CCTV cameras placed in the Entrance Lobby and externally of the main building to ensure security at all times. CCTV cover is 24 hours. The side access to the courtyard is protected by a 2.3m steel gate and railings.

Each room is linked to the main intercom system allowing access to visitors only and the entrance door has keypad entry system.

Ashley Hall is registered with the University of the West of England Accreditation scheme for Bristol City Council. To ensure the safety of the tenants we have full Fire Regulation Certificates, Corgi Gas Certificates and Smoke Detectors in every room and have provided Fire Extinguishers and a fire blanket in each kitchen.

The premises are strictly NO SMOKING. Smoking is permitted in the Courtyard only.
