The Ashley Hall Complex has been recently tastefully refurbished to a high standard and to modern building regulations. This ensures fire precautions, thermal and sound insulation are much more efficient than in most old buildings.
Investmonte is owned by Warren and Amanda Meade who ensure the buildings are well maintained, clean and tidy. We are members of the Residential landlords association.

ABOUT THE ASHLEY HALL COMPLEX
- All of the studio flats are for single occupancy
- We use a 6 month minimum short hold tenancy agreement recomended by the RLA. We let this agreement run on and it can be terminated with a months notice thereafter
- The deposit required is equal to a months rent and is held by the DPS government scheme
- We require a months rent in advance
- We require references
- We use quality letting agents if an accomodation becomes available and is not reserved. Once given to the agent their fees will apply
- Water and electricity are separately metered and are the responsibility of the tenant
- Council tax
- Houses are band B
- Studio flats are band A with a 25% discount for single occupancy
